The cost of postage & packaging within Australia and Worldwide are included in the price of each bear and kit.

The bears will be posted via air mail from Melbourne, Australia and will take approximately 5 to 10 working days for international deliveries and 1 to 5 working days for domestic deliveries. As I cannot bear the thought of the bears getting lost in transit, each bear is sent with insurance.

Optional postage is available for pattern kits. Please understand, once the pattern/kits are sent they are out of my hands and cannot be traced if lost in transit. Therefore, if you are concern about delivery in your area, please purchase postal insurance. Insurance cost within Australia is $2.75, overseas insurance is $8.10.

For multiple purchases, you may be able to save on postage and the amount saved will be refunded via Paypal after checkout. All items will be dispatched on the next working day once payment is received.

I'm more than happy to offer a free of charge lay-by service. An initial non-refundable 25% followed by the balance within 3 months is fine. The bears will be dispatched within one working day of final payment received/cleared. Payments can be via paypal, personal cheque/postal order or direct bank transfer.
